I love a good crumble at this time of the year more than any other time, I find it so comforting and satisfying when it gets colder and darker outside. This Almond & Cinnamon Crumble does certainly satisfy me and I love knowing that it is vegan, gluten-free & refined sugar free !What’s not to like?

This Almond & Cinnamon Crumble recipe is extremely easy and quick to make, and very fun too! That’s because I LOVE mixing the crumble with my hands (and picking up the crumbs 😊)!
I use almond butter in this recipe but I have tried it with peanut butter and it tastes as delicious, so feel free to choose the nut butter of your choice. You can also add some frozen raspberries or strawberries just before popping the crumble into the oven, I find that berries pair very well with nut butter with their slight acidity.

Almonds
I love nutrition and even when I treat myself to something sweet I like to know what are the good stuff I’m eating. Here are some facts about almonds:
- almonds are packed with antioxidants
- they are a great source of vitamin E
- they reduce cholesterol level
- they are a healthy source of fat
