Prepare a batch and have a nutritious and tasty, on the go snack or breakfast, for everyday of the week. With your homemade cereal bars you can be sure that there are no additives or preservatives added.
Use whatever dried fruits you have in your cupboard, raisins, apricots, mixed with some chocolate and seeds. The options are infinite :).
Like blueberries, they are very rich in antioxidants, helping your body fight diseases. Try and include more berries in your diet by incorporating them in your favourites granolas, your yoghurts or in your cereal bars as I did in this recipe. More info right here.
They are also a staple in my kitchen, coconuts are not only delicious they are also super nutritious, full of fibre, vitamins and minerals. I love roasting coconut chips a little, it brings out their delicious and nutty flavour. Did you know ? Despite its nutty taste coconut is a fruit! Desiccated coconut, coconut chips, coconut oil or coconut water, it has never been so easy to include coconut into your diet.
