No Bake - Coconut & Cranberries Cereal Bars │Vegan & Gluten-Free

Easy to Make, No Bake, Vegan & Gluten-Free Cereal Bars, full of delicious and nutritious ingredients with the natural sweetness of the cranberries and the nuttiness of the coconut

Servings 8 cereal bars


  • 150 gr gluten-free oats
  • 2 tbsp. cashew butter
  • 100 gr agave syrup (or maple syrup)
  • 100 gr dried cranberries
  • 80 gr coconut chips (roasted)
  • 50 gr dessicated coconut
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Place the oats in your food processor and blend until finely ground.

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix until it becomes sticky.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a square pan, pressing down with your hand or with the back of a spoon to make it compact and even.

    Cover with cling film and put in the freezer for an hour.

  4. Keep in the fridge or in an airtight container for 1 week.
