Apple Compote - Sugar Free

Enjoy all the goodness of this wonderful fruit, with NO SUGAR added. Paired with your favourite yoghurt or as a base for a delicious tart.

Ingredients for 150 gr :

  • 7 small apples
  • The juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon


  1. Peel the apples, core and slice them. Place in a large saucepan on a low heat with the orange juice and the cinnamon.

    Let it simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until the apples are completely soft.

  2. With a fork mash the apples into a thick puree, you can also use a hand blender if you do not want any bites of apples remaining.

    Serve as you like :)
